How do I schedule my initial consultation with Pegasus Physical Therapy?

Scheduling your first appointment is easy. Simply call 312-877-8198, and we will schedule a time that works for you.

Where is Pegasus Physical Therapy located?

Our office is located at 25 E. Washington Street, Suite 1735, Chicago, IL 60602 in the heart of the Loop in downtown Chicago.

What days/times are you open?

Our office hours are:
Monday through Thursday: 7am – 8pm
Friday: 7am – 6pm

How can I reach Pegasus Physical Therapy by public transit?

Numerous CTA bus and train lines serve our location. Brown Line, Pink Line, Green Line, Purple Line , Orange Line to Madison/Wabash station. Blue Line to either Washington or Monroe stations. Red Line to Monroe station.

What’s the cancellation policy at Pegasus Physical Therapy?

We respect your time, and we ask that you respect ours. We don’t charge cancellation fees for appointments that are rescheduled.

What kinds of injuries do you treat?

Most injuries that we treat are categorized as musculoskeletal injuries: Muscles, tendons, bones, joints and ligaments.

What happens on my first visit?

We start treatment with a 30- to 60-minute initial evaluation. This allows us to get to know you better, understand your injury, evaluate your goals and design a comprehensive treatment plan.

How long does a physical therapy session take?

Appointment length can vary, especially with complex cases, but most appointments last 50 to 65 minutes.

Will I work with the same physical therapist every time?

Consistency of care promotes successful outcomes. At Pegasus Physical Therapy, you will always work with the same physical therapist.

What kind of training do your physical therapists receive?

Our entire clinical staff are Board-Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialists, credentialed through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties (ABPTS). All of our clinicians have undergone hundreds hours of training and completed a rigorous examination process.

Will I be able to contact my physical therapist with questions outside of normal business hours?

Patients are able to call, text or email their therapist between appointments with any questions or concerns they may have. We ask that you refrain from using personal identifiers such as your SSN or DOB in such communications.

Will you give me exercises to do at home?

Yes. Part of the rehabilitative process involves independent stretching and exercise at home. Our physical therapists will design a custom home exercise program that fits into your busy schedule.

Can you refer me to a personal trainer to continue my wellness journey after my physical therapy is complete?

Once you complete your treatment at Pegasus Physical Therapy, we are happy to refer you to a personal trainer who can help you achieve even greater fitness goals.
